About VitrALA™ Convenience Kits
The FDA Approved VitrALA™ Convenience Kits are intended to be used with the drug Bevacizumab (Avastin®). The VitrALA™ Convenience Kit includes a closed system sterilized bag with syringe tray that allows technicians or physicians to easily transfer Bevacizumab from vials into syringes to assure fill and seal (capped) sterility. Syringe fill volumes are automatically measured during filling.
VitrALA™ Convenience Kits syringes can each be filled, primed, automatically fill-measured, and capped from outside the bag in a matter of seconds.

Safe Practices
VitrALA™ Convenience Kits enable safe practices when transferring medicines from a vial. Dose syringes are capped and sealed inside the bag to assure sterility upon removal. All Kit components are silicone oil-free. The VitrALA™ Convenience Kit avoids potential contaminations to critical sites as described in USP Chapter 797 that are known causes of contaminations of "sterile" preparations even when following the 797 Standards.

Mimimize Drug Waste
During filling, syringes are primed to expel air and automatically provide accurately measured doses without reading indicia. The system is designed to minimize drug waste using components with low dead space.
